Sabre88’s Ben Bratton wins National Championship

Newark, N.J – Benjamin Bratton, Sabre88 employee and a member of the United States Men’s Fencing Team, won the Division I Men’s Epee at the recent National Championship & North American Cup Tournament held in Baltimore, Maryland on Sunday, April 23rd, 2017.

The four-day tournament, featured more than 1,200 athletes fencing in 60+ events, includes National Championship titles for individual and team Division I fencers as well as wheelchair athletes.

The competition was conducted at the Baltimore Convention Center – a site which has been home to past major USA Fencing national events, including the 2015 December NAC which served as an Olympic qualifying event for Division I athletes.

Apart from Ben Bratton (New York City, N.Y.) two other members of The Peter Westbrook Foundation where CEO Robert Cottingham is the board chair; won tournament titles as well.

Ben Bratton, Branding Strategy Manager at Sabre88, credits recent successes to his ability to achieve an idyllic balance between both his professional and athletic careers with the federal contracting firm.With the National Championships win in epee’, Bratton earned a spot on the World Championship Team.
